  • Q: How do I sign up for Payoneer?
  • A: Once you have earned a minimum of $10 in your account, you can access the Rewards page, and select "Sign Up". You will be redirected to an external Payoneer site where you can enter in your personal information to apply for a Payoneer card. Once you have completed the sign up process, you will be redirected back to our website. If approved, your Payoneer card should arrive in a few weeks.
  • Q: How do I transfer money to my Payoneer card?
  • A: Once your account has been approved, you can transfer rewards in increments of $10 to your account via the Rewards page.
  • Q: Why does my account show as "In Process"?
  • A: Your account will display this until we receive an approval from Payoneer. This is usually within a few business days.
  • Q: Where can I find out about Payoneer MasterCard pricing and fees?
  • A: You can read the Payoneer FAQ available at or 1-800-251-2521 x2 (9:00-6:00pm EST Sun-Fri)
